Ballistica is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or precise location data on our servers.

Cloud Sync

If you use iCloud Sync features, your ballistics data (profiles, firearms, usage history) is stored in your private iCloud container. We as developers do not have access to this data.

Analytics

We use anonymous usage data (via Firebase Analytics) to help us improve the app. This may include:

• Device type and OS version
• App crash reports
• Feature usage statistics (e.g., "Screen X visited")

This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

2. Location Data

Ballistica requests access to your location solely for the purpose of fetching local atmospheric conditions (pressure, temperature, humidity) for ballistic calculations.

• Your location data is processed locally on your device.
• It is sent anonymously to our weather provider to fetch weather data.
• We do not store or track your location history.
